Mostly Wordless Wednesday

These pictures are just a small part of why I love summer.

Ps. I'm sorry I've only been posting memes lately. I am working on finding jobs and applying for them. I am also in the middle of designing a new WordPress website which should be up pretty soon. In the meantime you can follow me on Twitter for more frequent updates. @KellyNMom is where I tweet about my daily life, contests I find and other things related to parenting and kids. If you leave your twitter id in the comments, I'll be sure to follow you.

Visit Ordinary & Aweseome for more links to Mostly Wordless Wednesday Posts.

  8. Ok, so this is weird. I haven't checked your blog in a while because on my dashboard it said "Aloha Friday" for five weeks. So,I checked it just now and I see you have been posting. Sorry for being gone so long. I'll be back now that I know you're here.

  9. That 2nd pic makes me want a second girl!! They look so cute playing together.

Good luck with the job search. Here's my summary:
    - Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Industrial Relations Management in 1997
    - 6 months later got a job as "Employee Relations Assistant" at a local sawmill, which I hooked up with through a prof I had stayed in touch with after graduation
    - then I got a job as "Assistant Industrial Relations Manager" for a large retail/warehousing company where I worked for 3 years
    - then I went to work for a university as their "Employee Relations Advisor" for 4 years
    - then I spent 4 years as "Human Resources Consultant" for the Provincial Health Authority
    - now I am working as "Senior HR Advisor" for a municipal government.
I love my job! Feel free to email if you want to know more! surprisedsuburbanwife@gmail.com

As an HR person I love talking about peoples' career choices and paths - it's fascinating how many options are out there!
