- Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Industrial Relations Management in 1997
- 6 months later got a job as "Employee Relations Assistant" at a local sawmill, which I hooked up with through a prof I had stayed in touch with after graduation
- then I got a job as "Assistant Industrial Relations Manager" for a large retail/warehousing company where I worked for 3 years
- then I went to work for a university as their "Employee Relations Advisor" for 4 years
- then I spent 4 years as "Human Resources Consultant" for the Provincial Health Authority
- now I am working as "Senior HR Advisor" for a municipal government.
